Delete your account inside Athlora
The recommended deletion method is available directly inside the Athlora mobile application:
- Sign in to your Athlora account.
- Open Profile.
- Select Privacy & Data.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the identity-verification and confirmation steps.
The application will explain the categories of data associated with the account before deletion begins.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the application, send an email from the address associated with your Athlora account to: zdravko.stanin@gmail.com
Use the subject: Athlora Account Deletion Request
Include:
- The email address associated with your Athlora account
- A statement that you want your Athlora account and associated personal data deleted
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, purchase receipts, payment-card details, or identity documents unless Athlora specifically requests additional information through a secure verification process.
Athlora may need to verify that you control the account before completing deletion.
What is deleted
An account-deletion request is designed to remove:
- Account access
- Profile information
- Routines and planned workouts
- Workout history
- Exercise and set information
- Body measurements
- Progress-photo metadata and private image files
- Rest preferences
- Coach relationships
- Coach assignments involving the account
- Account-specific local storage and encryption keys
Information that may remain
Limited information may be retained where necessary for:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Subscription reconciliation
- Accounting or tax obligations
- Legal claims
- Compliance with law
Completed deletion recovery records may remain for up to 30 days.
A non-reversible hashed deletion record may remain to prevent deleted accounts or stale authentication tokens from recreating data.
An independent routine or workout previously accepted and copied into another user’s account may remain in that user’s account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Athlora account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must separately cancel recurring subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.
Response time
Athlora aims to respond to email deletion requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
